Administrative Staff / International Student Support
Main Responsibilities

Act as a communication bridge between international students and Japanese staff through interpretation and translation.

Support daily communication and interactions between students and campus personnel.

Provide guidance and practical support for international students' daily life in Japan, including:

Assistance with adapting to everyday life

Accompanying students during hospital visits when necessary

Responding to emergency situations involving students

Perform general administrative responsibilities.

Provide urgent communication or interpretation assistance outside standard working hours, when required (e.g., sudden illness during the night).
๐ Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
-
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above.

Native-level Nepali language ability.

Basic English conversational skills.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).

๐ฐ Estimated Annual Salary
¥3,210,000 – ¥4,160,000
๐ฐ Monthly Salary Range
¥188,900 – ¥245,100
๐ Allowances & Bonuses

Bonus provided twice per year (equivalent to approximately four months’ salary, based on past results).

Commuting allowance up to ¥50,000 per month.

Overtime pay calculated by the minute, with an average of 10 overtime hours per month.
