Tanggung Jawab
• Mendorong penerapan konsep keamanan Zero‑Trust
• Mengelola lingkungan Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint)
• Memperkuat sistem autentikasi dan akses remote
• Mengelola jaringan dan server internal perusahaan
• Mengimplementasikan dan mengelola sistem keamanan informasi (termasuk CASB)
• Mendukung perencanaan dan eksekusi infrastruktur IT berskala enterprise
Kualifikasi
• Kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Jepang
• Berpengalaman menggunakan Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, SharePoint)
• Berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan jaringan dan server
• Mampu bekerja langsung secara teknis (hands‑on)
Gaji & Benefit
• Gaji bulanan: ¥240.000 – ¥350.000
• Model estimasi pendapatan tahunan:
– Supervisor: sekitar ¥6,3 juta/tahun
– Assistant Manager: sekitar ¥8,5 juta/tahun
• Bonus 2x setahun (Juni & Desember)

Job Title: Internal IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities
Drive the implementation of a Zero-Trust security concept
Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint)
Strengthen authentication systems and remote access
Manage internal corporate networks and servers
Implement and manage information security systems (including CASB)
Support the planning and execution of large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure
Requirements
Japanese language communication skills
Experience using Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, SharePoint)
Experience in network and server management
Ability to work hands-on in a technical environment
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ¥240,000 – ¥350,000
Estimated Annual Income:
